The CCO will be responsible for the development, dissemination and implementation of policies, compliance and audit standards and administrative systems in areas that may include accreditation and licensure, prevention of management fraud and illegal acts, unauthorized use of assets; improper documentation and billing and adherence with applicable regulatory agencies. The CCO will serve as a role model for compliant behavior consistent with the mission of MED3OOO. The Corporate Compliance Officer is authorized to implement all necessary actions to ensure the achievement of the objectives as outlined in the Corporate Compliance Program. |
