Quality Improvement

The MED3OOO QI program is designed to monitor and evaluate, objectively and systematically, the quality and appropriateness of care and services provided to your IPA patients. Our program monitors the effectiveness of QI processes and pursues opportunities for improvement and problem resolution. MED3OOO participates in health plan-sponsored pay-for-performance initiatives. Individual provider performance reports are developed from clinical and non-clinical performance data and measured against pay-for-performance goals established by participating health plans. Individual reports are generated to provide providers with a snapshot of their individual performance for any given period. These reports summarize various data elements for each provider relative to their peers. MED3OOO QI staff work diligently with providers to continuously improve performance in an effort to improve quality of care to IPA patients and achieve pay-for-performance compensation incentives for IPA providers.
