Our customer service representatives receive over 12,000 calls per month and are ready to address and resolve questions and issues that may arise with your providers and patients. All interactions are documented in a customer service system that enables us to track issues and ensure resolution. Our bi-lingual capabilities allow our representatives to communicate effectively and efficiently with Spanish speaking patients. If other languages are needed, MED3OOO is contracted with Language Line® services to assist patients in multiple languages.
