MED3OOO Logos

The elements in this section have been prepared to give you what you need to apply the established standards for all MED3OOO communication and to create synergy among all produced MED3OOO materials - a critical factor in our efforts to brand the MED3OOO name. 

This includes all written material composed and produced in our offices with our computer technology, and of course, everything produced by an outside vendor.

This section includes color standards, usages in color and in black and white, positioning and formatting of logos.  You will find specific examples of "dos" and "don'ts" throughout the section.

PLEASE ADHERE TO THE STANDARDS.

  1. The MED3OOO logo is a registered service mark.  In product brochures and certain other “public” documents, the registration mark (e.g., MED3OOO® or ®) should be used at least once near the top of the page or somewhere “distinctive.”

  2. Do not recreate the logo.

  3. The logo is never used in copy (e.g., in place of MED3OOO).

  4. When writing out MED3OOO, it is always capitalized and use the letter "O" not the numeral 0 (zero) for 3000.  The only time you should use the numeral zero is when you're referring to the website or an email address.

  5. MED should always be capitalized. Never write Med3000. Do write MED3OOO.

  6. MED3OOO is all one word. Never write MED 3OOO. Do write MED3OOO

  7. Use Arial or Verdana typefaces and do not use italics with MED3OOO.
      
  8. All signage proofs must be approved and reproduced by Corporate Marketing - Contact Nicole_contardo@med3000.com
  9. All printed and/or embroidered materials and items with the logo must be approved and reproduced by Corporate Marketing - Contact Nicole_contardo@med3000.com.  Please no exceptions.

  10. MED3OOO's proprietary data warehouse reporting tool is MED3OOO IQTM

  11. The JPEG (.jpg) format usually works best for documents, the Graphics Interchange Format (.gif) usually works best for presentations and website production, and the Encapsulated PostScript (.eps) or Tagged Image File Format (.tif) is usually preferred for printed publications and signage. 

  12. The colors for the logo are PMS Blue 281 and PMS Silver 877 (or 25% Black).  To use the CMYK color scheme, the blue is C=100, M=72, Y=0, and K=38.  The silver is C=0, M=0, Y=0, and K=25.

  13. The logo may be produced in all white, all navy blue, all silver, all black, Navy PMS 281/Silver PMS 877.  

  14. Keep minimum white space surrounding the entire logo.  The white space above and below the logo should be at least the same size as the logo itself.  The white space on either side of the logo should be at least 1-1/2 times the height of the logo.  On a printed page, the logo is centered on the top or bottom of the page, with nothing else appearing on the same horizontal line between the logo and either side of the page.

  15. Never alter the logo to fit a space.   (Do resize the logo if you need to, by dragging one of the corner handles inward to reduce or outward to enlarge keeping the horizontal and vertical proportions intact.  Don’t stretch or shrink the logo either horizontally or vertically.)
