Coding and Compliance

The MED3OOO Coding and Compliance team provides physician practices with the information required to maximize the accuracy and efficiency of coding and billing, ensure conformity with applicable OIG requirements, and address the regulations of government agencies. Our thorough chart evaluation assesses the accuracy of billing and diagnosis coding, the application of modifiers, and the performance of complex and problem-prone “incident to” billing. “Incident to” billing has been identified in the current OIG Work Plan as a focus for OIG compliance enforcement efforts.
Our Coding and Compliance Services include:
- Auditing - individual results with educational tools

- Documentation Training – individual or group training for physicians, coders, and billing staff, including physician shadowing
