By Paul McLeod, M.D., MED3OOO Chief Medical Executive It has been a very difficult year for many individuals in our country. Countless people have lost jobs, or failed to find jobs. Many of them have never been unemployed in the past. For the first time, they have faced an uncertain future, one they never contemplated. Our thoughts are with all who fall within this group. As we approach a time of Thankgiving, please join MED3OOO as we are reminded of our greatest asset, our family of employees. Our successes are a direct result of the work done by those in the trenches. We probably have not told each employee how important he or she is. We may not have said "thank you" to them enough during the past 12 hectic months, yet their efforts did not go unnoticed. While they were not looking, we often caught them going above and beyond the requirements of their positions. During the most challenging of times, we saw MED3OOO employees reach out to a new hire that needed help or work a little harder to meet the expectations of a client. As physicians, you have seen your assistants spend a few extra minutes reassuring a frightened patient. Hospitals have seen their nurses take leadership roles with their peers that improved patient care. Yes, all of us involved in healthcare have noticed the commitment and resiliency of our employees. We've noticed employees who:
Great people make great companies. Great companies make America the envy of the world. Yes, we've noticed the things our employees have accomplished this year. We know you have too. MED3OOO would like to thank you as clients for allowing us to serve you. Every day is an opportunity for us to earn your business, an opportunity that we do not take lightly.
Happy Thanksgiving from MED3OOO Is your patient volume down? Are your patients neglecting their routine and preventive care? Do you need to reconnect with patients that have not been seen in over a year? Do you need to identify those patients in your practice who should be recalled for needed services? If so, consider using our patient outreach MED3OOO/Connect technology. MED3OOO/Connect can automate the process of identifying those patients in your practice who should be recalled for needed services. If you would like to proactively reach out to your patients with an automated patient recall process, please contact your account manager or Scott Madden at Scott_Madden@MED3000.com.
