Pittsburgh, PA - MED3OOO Group, Inc. (MED3OOO), a privately held national healthcare management and technology company, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to purchase Seaview Management Services, LLC, (SMS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Premier Practice Management, Inc.
Located in Ventura County, California, SMS provides IPA management services to the Seaview IPA, an organization with over 300 participating physician providers and contracts with over 10 health plans covering 75,000 managed-care lives.
MED3OOO Executive Vice President Matt Roslin commented, "We are pleased to be able to continue our expansion into additional markets and to be associated with such a vibrant, well-established IPA. We expect that, as our relationship evolves, we will offer our suite of comprehensive services to providers within the IPA as well as to other providers in the Ventura market."
Those services offered by MED3OOO may include practice management and practice improvement, managed care, clinical research, and healthcare technology services.
