MED3OOO AND HIGHLANDS PHYSICIANS, INC., IPA TO DELIVER TECHNOLOGY AND SERVICES

PITTSBURGH, PA - MED3OOO Group, Inc. (MED3OOO), a privately held national healthcare management and technology company, has entered into an agreement with Highlands Physicians, Inc. (HPI), to provide access to a wide range of information technology including Electronic Medical Record systems, medical practice services, including billing and collection services to HPI’s more than 700 participating physician members throughout Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. HPI’s endorsement of MED3OOO as a preferred provider for physician practice services will help improve the operational efficiencies and profitability of HPI member physician practices and provide a platform for advancements in clinical quality and performance.
HPI Network is an Independent Practice Association serving physicians and healthcare providers. HPI provides healthcare providers with services such as payor contract management, network management, quality assurance and utilization review, credentialing for physicians and other healthcare providers, and physician recruitment.

Under the terms of the agreement, HPI will offer member physicians access to MED3OOO ASP Information Technology (Practice Management, Electronic Medical Record, and Communication Systems), and management services including Billing and Collections.
