A generation can be defined as a group of people born within a particular time frame who share a common context of experiences that shape their beliefs, values and preferences. This session will help you understand ways to communicate with all types of generations whether they are traditionalists, baby boomers, gen Xers and millennials. Dr. McLeod will offer you insight on how to not only work better together, but understand how to better treat your patients despite your generational differences.
During this session you will learn:
- About multiple generation characteristics and how they don’t change with age.
- Understand what makes us different and have different perspectives
- Give you the ability to make better decisions when dealing with people and produce better operational, financial and clinical outcomes for your practice.
