CHRISTIE CLINIC SELECTS M3CONNECT FOR PROACTIVE PATIENT OUTREACH

(PITTSBURGH) MED3OOO Group, Inc. (MED3OOO), a privately held national healthcare management and technology company, recently announced that Christie Clinic, located in Champaign, IL, has selected the MED3OOO MED3OOO/Connect Solution powered by Phytel for Proactive Patient Outreach and Practice Communications. This agreement expands Christie Clinic’s partnership with MED3OOO.
Christie Clinic will use the automatic patient outreach and communications tool to proactively connect with patients who are “non-compliant” with preventative and follow-up care recommendations. Proactively contacting these patients will improve the quality of care and boost practice revenue, and the solution will also help the clinic develop quality reporting initiatives.

The MED3OOO/Connect Proactive Patient Outreach and Communications solution automates the follow-up process for the group’s entire patient population. The tool maintains an electronic patient registry for all active patients within the clinic, and, based on the evidence-based protocols that are selected, it determines which patients need particular services to improve and maintain their health. An automated outreach message feature notifies the selected patients, and additional utilities track appointment and treatment compliance.
