MED3OOO and Medic Computer Systems Form Strategic Alliance

Pittsburgh, PA - MED3OOO, one of the country's largest privately held practice improvement companies, and Medic Computer Systems, a leading national vendor of practice management and clinical systems, today announced the formation of a strategic alliance. This joint venture means MED3OOO will actively seek to convert its existing and prospective clients from competing products to Medic's practice management products.

In its first implementation under the new alliance, MED3OOO recently converted 150 users affiliated with Baptist Hospital, Pensacola, FL, from the IDX platform to +MEDIC Vision®, Medic's premier physician practice management software product. Also in Pensacola, 15 users at an independent obstetrical and gynecological group have converted to the +MEDIC Vision® practice management software from the Medical Manager system.
