MED3OOO Appoints Lynn Stratton to President of MED3OOO Seaview IPA

PITTSBURGH, PA - MED3OOO Group, Inc. ("MED3OOO"), a privately held national healthcare management and technology company, announced the appointment of Lynn Stratton as President of MED3OOO Western Region's Seaview Division. Stratton will manage the overall operation of the Seaview IPA MSO.

Stratton brings with her over 10 years of healthcare management experience. Over the last six years, Stratton held several management positions for SeaView IPA including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. In 2000, she assumed the role of the Chief Executive Officer. Under Stratton's leadership, the IPA has achieved financial profitability. Most notably, the IPA was previously operating at a net loss of over 2 million dollars per year. In 2002, over $3 million dollars in performance bonuses were paid to the providers of the IPA as a direct result of improved health plan and provider contracting, effective utilization of health care resources and quality improvements. Prior to joining the Seaview IPA, Stratton served as the Director of Finance for Holy Cross Medical Center. She began her professional career as a public accountant with Ernst and Young in Los Angeles where she primarily worked with audit clients within the health care sector.

Stratton earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance from California State University, Northridge. She is currently working on a Masters of Business Administration Degree from the University of LaVerne. She also holds a CPA license.

Stratton resides with her two children, Kelsey, 6 and Kory, 4 in Ventura, California.
