Bridging the Gap:  At MED3OOO, we bridge the gap between operational knowledge and technology.  Because we utilize all of our applications daily to provide full practice management and improvement, TPA services, and billing services to many of our client physicians, we understand how it impacts the practice's operations and will tailor the implementation based on the needs of the physicians and practice's operations.  Experts in the field, MED3OOO Operations Teams work with the technology every day, resulting in an inherent CQI function. All third-party applications offered by MED3OOO are continually evaluated, offering analysis on performance, and information regarding new options and technology.  Our services include ongoing training and support services that relieve our clients of the complications inherited in IT staffing, turnover, and training. As a result, physicians and staff are able to focus on core competencies and providing better patient care.

MED3OOO IQ™ Data Warehouse (M3/IQ™):   When we combine the practice and clinical technology offerings with our M3/IQ™ data warehouse, we can provide physicians, hospitals, provider networks and patients with significant information that can be used to improve the quality and cost of healthcare delivery.

Data Centers:  MED3OOO provides data centers across the United States. Our data centers provide state-of-the-art functionality and security.

Installation, Training & Support:  MED3OOO advances system functionality and usage through its integration of system and operational work flow processes and procedure.  MED3OOO provides the same integrated support for help desk questions. Whether the question is system or operationally related, MED3OOO is available as a resource to your staff and management.

Upgrades and Enhancements:  MED3OOO differentiates itself by offering the following levels of service upgrades.  Our standard upgrades are those submitted by the base system vendor.  MED3OOO provides these upgrades after putting them through MED3OOO’s Quality Control.  Upgrades are provided on all M3/IQ™ key indicator and decision support applications.  Our third level, Clinical IQ reporting, provides updated guidelines for prevention, immunizations and chronic disease reports.

M3/PM Practice Management  Offerings — MED3OOO uses and offers the industry’s most reliable practice management systems from the most reliable vendors. Our selection process focuses not only on system functionality, but also flexibility, open architecture, integration, reliability, and affordability.  Functionality at a minimum includes: billing, collections and follow up, appointment scheduling, registration, and electronic processing.  Each system is HIPAA compliant, has effective security and maintains appropriate audit trails.  Each M3/PM offering has open architecture and is integrated with M3/IQ™ for Advanced Reporting. 

M3/EMR  Offerings — MED3OOO’s EMR/EHR offerings provide physicians the flexibility to utilize a full EMR, separate modules, or an EMR-“light” solution.  Unlike many vendors, we believe that the system which is selected should be adapted to how you practice medicine, not change how you practice.  In reality, most stand-alone systems only reduce transcription costs.  By integrating M3/IQ™ with EMR offerings, we are able to provide physicians with actionable information for improving patient care. This combination improves patient safety, reduces liability, and positions physicians to benefit in any pay-for-performance environment. 

M3/Connect Offerings — MED3OOO’s Patient Communications Systems offer advanced telecommunications for patients and physicians. Telephony functions and processes are critical to the performance of a practice.  We offer technologically advanced two-way messaging for improving physician, nurse, and patient interaction.  Supported with both telephone and Internet access, the practice can obtain valuable efficiencies and improved care through the use of various modules. Performance-enhancing capabilities include pharmacy management, two-way messaging, automated routing and patient recalls.  Each function is critical to improving preventive care and chronic disease management.  Integrated with M3/IQ™ these solutions advance data capture, documentation, and provide a critical ability to quickly communicate with patients in a secure method. 

M3/MCO Offerings — MED3OOO’s MCO solution offers physician networks the ability to upgrade their current claims processing system into a valuable information system. Rather than just processing claims and administering financial transactions, MED3OOO MCO, integrated with M3/IQ™, provides networks with the ability to advance the prospective delivery of care.  MED3OOO MCO offers leading-edge performance measurement reporting for network members.  Most important, it offers population management, and a way for networks to target patients that need physicians’ help the most.

M3/Population Health Offerings — MED3OOO’s initiative of Population Health Management, seeks to identify health needs and improve the health status of physician practice populations, while ensuring excellent clinical and financial outcomes. Patients in a particular physician’s population—those who are on the books at his or her office—can range from the regulars who visit a doctor’s office for ongoing treatment to those the doctor may have not even met. These might include, for example, people who have chosen a primary care physician through their health insurance program, but have not yet realized a need to schedule an appointment.  MED3OOO collects, stores and analyzes claims and medical data.  Using predicive modeling, identification and stratification of patients' health are indexed into risk categories, and those patients not meeting guidelines or not receiving care are identified as a population for care coordination.   

M3/EMS Offerings — MED3OOO’s EMS solution offers advanced ambulance management software for billing and technology for local government agencies to increase reimbursement and improve collections while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.  We also offer assistance with the public relations aspect of billing, press releases and statement inserts that explain the benefits of third party revenue recovery.
