History

Deep Rooted Experiences . . .

In 1987 the company began as a practice management consulting organization.  The company gradually transitioned, becoming MED3OOO in 1995, to provide full practice management and provider network operations, including full revenue cycle management of billing, collections, claims processing, and third party administration. Our deep-rooted experience in the processes and operations of physician practices and IPA networks and our understanding of the limits of today's information vendor systems led us to develop our own advanced Application Services Provider (ASP). We now offer these advanced tools and services to physicians and health organizations who have the vision and desire to improve the operational performance of a practice or network, as well as the quality of care in their communities.  

MED3OOO continues to grow market share.  In 2006, MED3OOO had two acquisitions. iLIANT, Inc., a Florida based business outsourcing and management services organization serving physician practices in FL, NY, and PA; and HealthServe, a Columbus, OH based full-service practice management, technology solutions and revenue cycle management company with offices and clients throughout Ohio.  The acquisitions have enhanced MED3OOO's market share and brought a new service offering of emergency medical services ambulance billing.  In 2007, MED3OOO invested in Scottsdale-based InteGreat Concepts, Inc. InteGreat is a leading provider of browser-based electronic health record (EHR) systems for physician group practices. MED3OOO remains committed to providing the best solution for each customer’s specific requirements and will now include InteGreat’s EHR (IC-Chart) and other InteGreat products in its portfolio of ASP technology product offerings, which already includes leading-edge technology from Misys, Allscripts, GE (IDX), Sage, Cerner, and Phytel.  Also, in 2007, MED3OOO acquired Pathology Service Associates, LLC (PSA).  PSA, was founded in 1995 by pathologists in South Carolina, and was the country’s largest provider specializing in pathology revenue cycle management (RCM) and practice management and marketing services. PSA brought 75 independent pathology practices in 27 states, representing approximately 400 pathologists into MED3OOO client base. PSA will operate as a separate divison of the company focused on expanding services to new pathology clients and to radiology practices.
