Patrick Hampson, president and CEO of MED3OOO, founded the company to focus on improvement of medical practices through physician leadership, use of data, and understanding of the hospital and health system perspective. Pat’s experience in working with physicians, understanding practice improvement, and his strong relationships with leading information technology providers have enabled MED3OOO to grow into the largest privately-held practice improvement and technology company in the United States.


Why MED3OOO was founded. . .

The company began as a practice management consulting organization in 1987, and gradually transitioned to become MED3OOO in 1995 which provides physician practice services and provider network management operations.  Our deep-rooted experience in the processes and operations of physician practices and IPA networks, has led us to offer services of full practice management, billing/revenue cycle management, network management, third party administration, and advanced tools and services of ASP hosted techology and data warehouse reporting.  Our physician and health organization clients are those who have the vision and desire to improve not only the operational performance of a practice or network, but the quality of care in their communities.  In 2006, MED3OOO acquired iLIANT, Inc. a Florida based business outsourcing and management services organization serving physician practices in FL, NY, PA; and HealthServe, LLC a Columbus, OH based practice management and EMS billing company.  The acquisitions have enhanced MED3OOO's market share and brought a new service offering of emergency medical services billing and revenue recovery for fire and ambulance departments.  In 2007, MED3OOO invested in Scottsdale-based InteGreat Concepts, Inc.  InteGreat is a leading provider of browser-based electronic health record (EHR) systems for physician group practices.  MED3OOO remains committed to providing the best solution for each customer’s specific requirements and will now include InteGreat’s EHR (IC-Chart) and other InteGreat products in its portfolio of ASP technology product offerings, which already includes leading-edge technology from Misys, Allscripts, GE (IDX), Sage, Cerner, and Phytel.
