Strategic Partnerships include:

	MED3OOO is a proud ASP Hosting partner of the Allscripts EHR Software solutions, since 2004. The product portfolio considers of Touchworks EMR Modules and Healthmatics EMR. Allscripts has been a solid partner of MED3OOO in providing robust, stable software technologies for MED3OOO and our physician customers. Our hosted deployment of these solutions in an ASP-environment is a strong differentiator for customers; customers would have had to invest significant amounts of capital for hardware, software, internal I.T. staff, networking, etc often required with an EHR implementation to successfully deploy the EHR and it's components (i.e. wireless networks, laptop/tablet PC devices, scanning, etc.) MED3000 performs Implementation, Help Desk Support, and Interface Support for these platforms.
	Berbee is one of our business partners that provides IT solutions to MED3OOO.
	Business Objects is one of our business partners that provides solutions for our MED3OOO M3/IQTM Data Warehouse.
	Cerner provides one of our acquired divisions practice management software for Revenue Cycle Management and ASP hosting.
	General Electric and MED3OOO have been partners since 2004. During this partnership, we have successfully implemented or acquired customers on the IDX GPMS Practice Management Application and the GE Centricity EMR and established an ASP-hosting with optional Revenue Cycle Management offerings. With GE/IDX's commitment to stable, feature rich software solutions, they have demonstrated the ability to deploy changes in their product that enhance the users "work flow" experience in performing Insurance and Patient Revenue Cycle Management tasks.
	InteGreat, a division of MED3OOO, is an industry leader in providing a unified electronic health record (EHR) and practice management (PM) system solution, including computerized prescription (Rx) writing and medical diagnostic imaging, that enables physician group practices to improve patient care, enhance productivity, eliminate paperwork and gain a rapid return-on-investment. InteGreat's cost-effective, user-friendly EHR & PM software solution and patient portal system have been proven to provide improved clinical workflows, bottom-line financial gains, and increased patient satisfaction.
	Microsoft is one of our business partners that provides IT solutions and software to MED3OOO.
	As the largest customer of Misys Healthcare Systems (Physician Products Division), MED3OOO has been a successful business partner of Misys and currently offers as an ASP-solution the Misys Vision and Misys Tiger/Misys PM Practice Management applications, Misys EMR and Misys Transaction Services (MTS Fast Services) as a product mix. These feature rich applications, and their scalability from smaller to larger customer environments have allowed MED3OOO to install over 2400 concurrent Misys licenses in use throughout our customer community. MED3OOO offers ASP-Hosting services, but also utilizes Misys Vision and Tiger to perform Revenue Cycle Management responsibilities for our customers within our own regional Central Billing offices as an optional service for our customers.
	Oracle is one of our business partners that provides IT solutions and software to MED3OOO.
	Phytel provides MED3OOO with an essential patient communication tool for recalling patients identified that have missed appointments or have been identified by M3/IQ reports that need to be recalled because they are out of compliance with their patient care.  As one of our strategic ASP partners, Phytel offers a valuable tool that has proven an ROI in both patient care and recovering lost revenue.
	As a key business partner of Sage, MED3OOO has been the largest ASP-provider and reseller of The Medical Manager practice management application over the last several years. Providing ASP-hosting services, along with Revenue Cycle Management functions, our customers have found the partnership with Medical Manager to be one where service, support, and feature/function have been a nice blend of what MED3OOO can offer with this application platform.
	RKON is one of our business partners that provides IT solutions to MED3OOO.
	White Plume and MED3OOO have had a long partnership with use of White Plume's Code Scan application, a supplemental application that provides Charge Collection and Charge Scrubbing tools for our customers/users before putting charges directly into their practice management application of choice. Currently deployed with The Medical Manager, Misys Vision, Misys Tiger and GE/IDX GPMS, the product and vendor have been a nice compliment to the MED3OOO family of solutions, ultimately assisting our customers with adapting to the complicated world of insurance company requirements and attempts to reduce cost/denials by increasing their percentage of "clean claims" being sent on the first attempt.
